There Is More Than Life In The Tongue

I was reminded deeply how powerful words are when a friend of mine said something harsh about me to someone else and I found out. The impact that those words had was as if that friend said it to me directly.

It starts with a quick swallow, then a digestion, followed by a simmer that allows those words to get into your blood stream as so your mind.

Those words begin to form their own identity separate from what was taken in by you. The words starts out like a seed, and when watered by our reaction to them, it begins to grow at a rapid pace.

When all said and done, those words are strong and they are angry ready to fire back. But we need to realize when we reciprocate those same words or worse, it continues a domino effect.

Beloved, we need to be careful on the words we allow to travel out of your mouth. What might seem like a simple statement can devastate someone else.

Let’s own our words today and allow seeds that grow bountiful fruits to take effect in other lives.

You will be surprise the impact those words can have on someone else.
